All entries must be submitted online. Here's how to nominate yourself of someone else:
Step 1. Create your login
To access the entry form, you must first create a login. Once you do, you will be presented with the official rules page, where you will be asked to certify that you have read and understand the rules before continuing. After certifying, you can begin your nomination.
Step 2. Read and agree to the official rules before starting your entry
The rules explain how to enter, cost of entry, and the award categories.
Step 3. Fill out the entry form
You will have the option to save information and pick up where you let off at a later time if necessary!
Step 4. Pay for your entry
The cost is $149 per submission.
